Christine has a passion for travel and thrives on new adventures. She has visited 55 countries and plans to explore more in her lifetime. With her adventurous spirit, she enjoys hiking in the beautiful Rocky Mountains. Christine also dedicates her time to volunteering, particularly with children's charities. She loves to share the things she loves, especially the color purple.
One thing on Christine's bucket list is to travel to every country in the world!
As the firm's most senior accountant, Christine brings over 20 years of experience and expertise to small business owners and personal tax clients. She prepares and reviews corporate tax returns and meets with clients to discuss them. Christine is available for consultations on various aspects of corporate tax and retirement planning

Roberto enjoys playing squash and he loves to read, read and did we mention reading? He speaks four languages, including spanglish (a laughter-inducing version of Spanish & English). Roberto is in charge of pastry & chocolate treat procurement in our office – how else do you think we survive through tax season?
Roberto has many things on his bucket list, including learning salsa (dance), taking a painting class, and practicing martial arts again.
We call Roberto the ‘glue’ in our office, because he does so much to keep us all working smoothly. He is our resident IT specialist, and is in charge of pastry & treat procurement in our office – we couldn’t survive tax season without his skills! Roberto supervises all bookkeeping, prepares and files GST returns for our clients, and he takes care of many other aspects of our firm on an as needed basis.

SENIOR ADVISOR, THE 'GLUE'
During hockey season you’ll find Dennis wearing a Hitmen jersey right after work as he loves watching hockey. Dennis enjoys putting together puzzles and 5-pin bowling. Dennis believes that you shouldn’t limit yourself in all the things you can experience in life.
Dennis wants to travel more and see Europe. He really wants to see the historical attractions.
Dennis brings over 15 years of experience to our firm. We say that he does everything, and this isn’t an exaggeration. Dennis does bookkeeping at client’s offices, prepares GST, corporate & personal tax returns, and is also our in-house accounting software trainer. He also often meets with clients to review corporate tax returns, or also meets prospective clients as we get to know their situation and needs.

Nora is the dog lover in our office. When she emigrated from her native Venezuela she went through a long process to be able to bring her dog ‘Pecca’ with her to Canada. She says it was totally worth it! When she’s not playing with Pecca, Nora loves to watch movies and TV shows with her partner Jeff, or going to the theatre with friends. She also enjoys visiting the gym to work out and stay active.
On Nora’s bucket list is getting to see more of Canada’s beautiful landscapes by motor home. She’s especially excited to visit Niagara Falls.
Nora brings significant accounting experience to our team, and works doing bookkeeping for many of our clients. She also helps with some of the administrative duties associated with personal tax in our office.

Rubi came to Canada from India, by way of Australia. Some people pick up on her unique accent of this. Rubi loves shopping, and comes to work wearing the best finds! She values her time with her family, (her husband, son and daughter) and loves to travel. She also loves opportunities to volunteer and serve those in need.
Rubi’s bucket list includes moving back to Australia when she retires.
Rubi also works in many areas within our office. She is the primary preparer of personal tax returns, but she also does bookkeeping, does much of the invoicing of clients, and helps out with administration as well. You may receive an email from her, or you may get to speak with her if you call our office.

ACCOUNTING TECHNICIAN
Chantelle came to Resolve Accounting after spending many years at home with her son & daughter. After going to school for an accounting & payroll course she came to us as a practicum student, and joined our team when her practicum was complete. When she’s not at work Chantelle keeps busy with her kids, bringing them to their various activities, and she loves spending time with her family and friends.
Chantelle’s bucket list includes having a vacation property on a lake in BC.
Chantelle is our receptionist and it’s her smiling face greeting you when you come to our Edmonton Trail office. She keeps very busy during tax season doing all of the intake work for our personal tax clients, and ensuring that files are assigned and completed in a timely manner. Chantelle is also a trained bookkeeper and helps out in this area as needed.
